RAM Valentines Bear

Hi Lovelies...

Firstly... Happy New Year!  Let's hope for a wonderfully crafty year to come!

I'm sharing a card I made with the new release from Rachelle at RAM Designs... it's one of four that will be available from tomorrow.  

I coloured and fussy cut the bear - then I created a cloudy background by using Distress Oxides over a cloud stencil..  cutting a circle from it.  I adhered the circle to my card panel with 3D foam pads, then added the bear and balloon.  I finished with the sentiment.
