Anniversary cards

Hi Peeps...

Well who knew how difficult it could be to photograph a white and silver card???  First too dark, then too light.... then lots of playing around with photo-editing software... and still, neither photo are how the finished card looked in real life!

Ah well...  I needed to make a Silver Wedding card for a lovely friend, and also a 1st Anniversary for my lovely daughter - so I did a bit of hunting on Pinterest (as you do) and got the idea to used some punched hearts.  I decided to put them in a frame with some silver mirri card to give it a little pizazz..  and this was the result.

Die used - MFT Stitched Scalloped Square, Heart Punch, Scraps of paper and glitter card.

And this is the one for my daughter and her husband.

I did the names, words and date on the PC before I punched the hearts..  and I used three layers of the hearts (with a tiny bit of foam tape between) for each one you can see to make them stand proud of the card.

I SOOO wish you could have seen them in real life - they were fab though I say so myself!  My friends and my daughter and hubbie loved receiving them and I know they will be treasured.

Hugs
