Hi Lovely Bloggers...
Today my card is not for a Design Team... it's made for a special lady.
I love these Pretty Peonies from Mama Elephant, and have been trying to do different designs with them... but each time I've used them I've coloured them hot pink (which is the colour of the peonies in my garden).. Hmmm... something to do with my love of that particular colour??
I coloured them with my Kuretake Zig Clean Colour pens - and used my water brush to spread the colour on the petals and leaves. I always love to use these pens... they're sooooo full of fabulous pigment. I decided to use the word 'wishing' - a die from Simon Says Stamp - I cut it out twice, then once again from the square, then adhered the three words together. I'd put foam tape behind the square so that when I adhered the word back into the space - it gives a 3D effect. Hmmm, that wasn't explained well!

Now, my lovely daughter has loaned me her SLR camera for a little while, so I'm trying to achieve some better photographic results.. I think I'm on the right track but still have a way to go. But my brain (the few cells that are left!) actually hurts when I try to figure all the different settings... anyone else have that problem?? LOL!
