Stamping Bella Curvy Girl Holding Hands

Reverse Confetti The Bear Up There

Hi Lovelies...

You know when you're really happy when you finish a card and you're really pleased with how it turned out?  I got that feeling with this card!  I used the Reverse Confetti The Bear Up There which is a set I HAD to have when I first saw it!

I blended Distress Ink through a circle stencil for the background - then coloured and fussy cut the image.  I did buy the matching die set, but often find it quicker to use my trusty scissors!

Card Info:
Image - Reverse Confetti The Bear Up There
Sentiment - Reverse Confetti So Many Sentiments
Die - MFT Stitched Rectangles
Distress Inks - Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Salty Ocean
Colouring - Copics
Bear - E21/23/25/51/52/49
Rainbow - RV52/55/66, YR61/65/18, Y13/15/17
Cloud - BG10/0000
Gems

I adhered the image with 3D foam pads, then added a few little gems.

I do love the little sentiments from that set - there are so many usable little sayings and I know I'll use them over and over.

Hope you like my make today.

MFT Straight Up Rainbows

Hi There...

Just a quickie from me to make you smile today...  I used the MFT Straight Up Rainbow Dies to create a shaker card..  then added a little sentiment from MFT also.

I created the rainbow by adhering lots of coloured strips to a piece of scratch paper, then placed it behind the acetate panel.  Hope you like!

Stamping Bella Yoga Mochi Girl

Hi Lovelies...

It's Bellarific Friday time - this week we're highlighting other images from the Stamp of the Month section - this time it's the Mochi Girls..  I've chosen to use Yoga Mochi Girl as I really LOVE this gorgeous image!  I do wish I could get myself in that sort of position without giving myself a hernia!!

There's no fussy cutting on my card today... I coloured with my Copics and shaded around, then added the sentiment.  I then used a die which cut the rectangle of dots around the image, framing it well.  I've had that die in my stash for more than a year and only used it once or twice - I really must use it more as I like how it turned out.  Do you have goodies in your stash that you feel the same about?

Card Info:
Die - Spellbinders Venice Lace Hemstitch Rectangles
Colouring - Copics
Skin - E000/01/11 R20 E04
Hair - E41/42/43
Top - R81/83/85
Leggings - BG32/34/45/49
Shading - T0/1/2

I added a tiny heart crystal gemstone as a finishing touch.

Hope you like my make today and that you'll pop over to the Stamping Bella Blog for more inspiration - and also to the Sistahood Facebook Page to share and chat all things Bella related.

Have a good weekend all...

Rachelle Anne Miller Catching Butterflies

Hi All...

For my card today, I've used the oh-so-cute little 'Catching Butterflies' from Rachelle Anne Miller which is the Feature Stamp for May so you can get it with 50% throughout the month - go HERE for details.  This little fairy is happy out in the garden chasing butterflies...  but is also holding tight to her dolly - who is going along for the ride!

I coloured the image then shaded around it as I was not fussy cutting this time.  I'd decided to create a circular card so dug out some circle dies to frame the image.

Card Info:
Dies - Sunny Studio Designs Fancy Frames Circle, MFT Pierced Circles
Colouring - Copics
Skin - E000/01/11 R20
Hair E31/33/35/39
Dress - BG32/34/45/49
Wings - BV31
Doll RV10/11
Butterfly - RV10/11
Net - T0/1
Shading - T0/1/3

I added a few little sequins - and it was done.  Hope you like!  You can find more fabulous inspiration from the lovely DT using the image over on the Facebook Page here.

I also made an envelope for this card with my Envelope Maker from We R Memory Keepers...  so easy and perfect to use for an unusual size card.

MFT Freshly Picked Bouquet

Hi Lovelies...

Today I've been colouring the gorgeous new MFT Freshly Picked Bouquet stamp set - I've coloured with Copics then fussy cut the image, so I could adhere it with foam pads to a Distress Oxide blended background.

After blending the oxides, I splattered the panel with water, white and gold watercolours.. giving a texture.   I added one of the sentiments from the set - stamping it in Versamark then embossing in white.

Card Info:
Image and Sentiment - MFT Freshly Picked Bouquet
Die - MFT Stitched Rectangles
Distress Oxides - Worn Lipstick and Dried Marigold
Colouring - Copics
Flowers - R24/27/46 E57, YR61/65 R43 RV34, Y15/38, YR24/27 E15,

Gems and Stickles

I really loved how this card turned out - these are some of my favourite colours.  Hope you like what I did and that you'll say hi..

Pretty Pink Posh Flower Bouquets

Hi Lovelies...

I've been playing with the lovely Pretty Pink Posh Flower Bouquets set - so am today sharing some of the cards I made with this fab set!  Sorry this post is picture heavy, but I do love the set and wanted to try different ways to use the images.

For my first, I used Distress Inks to blend part of the card panel - adhering the fussy cut flowers with 3D foam pads, and adding a sentiment from a Clearly Besotted sentiment set.

Then for my second, I used a scrap of patterned paper and added a circle frame diecut backed with acetate, to create a shaker, before adhering the fussy cut image.

The sentiment I've used is from the Pretty Pink Posh Bee Friends sentiment set.

Next I've used the Pretty Pink Posh Wide Stripes Stencil to create a couple of backgrounds...  before adding little frames with the sentiment and some added sequins for bling!

Hope you like my makes today - I've really loved using these little flower bouquets and know I'll use them lots in the future for all sorts of occasions!

Rainbow Heart

Hi Lovelies...

Today my card has no colouring whatsoever!  And, I've used up lots of scraps too... so I'm really happy!  I saw a card by @ardythpr1 on Instagram a few weeks back and wanted to create something similar - this is my take on her card.  A big thank you to Ardyth for the inspiration.

I cut rainbow coloured strips and adhered them to paper in rainbow order - then used an MFT Heart Die to cut half of the heart from the strips, keeping the negative part.  As the mirror image part is not the bit that's cut out, I cut another half heart from more strips - but making sure I'd turned the strips the other way up to get the colours in reverse order.  I then adhered both to a white card panel with 3D foam pads.

I used a sentiment from the Clearly Besotted Feeling Sentimental stamp set and then added a small gem in the heart to finish.

Hope you like my CAS make!

All Dressed Up Digital Stamps Country Bike Ride

Hi Again..

Yes I'm back for the second time today with another DT card - this time it's for All Dressed Up - as there are four fabulous new images for May - I've used the fabulous Country Bike Ride.

Now this is a first for me - I decided to try to create a scene behind the image to show where she's cycling.  I tried to create a hedge and the road - oh and the sky of course - I loved doing it but know I need more practice - though I was relatively happy with how it turned out.

Card Info:
Dies - MFT Stitched Square, Lawn Fawn Tiny Clouds
Paper - MFT Tiny Dotty
Colouring - Copics
Skin - E000/01/11 R20, Hair - E42/42/43, Top RV10/52/32,
Trousers - B21/23, Bike - RV32/34, Dog - E55/57,
Road - W0/1/2/3/5, Hedge - YG05/G05/YG11,
Sky - B000/0000/01

I wish I was young enough to go on a bike ride like this... I used to love cycling along when I was young - but last time I tried to balance on a bike a few years back, I'd lost the knack!!  But imagine, having the sun shining on us and the wind in our hair - and probably a picnic (not a dog) in the basket!
