Hi Lovely Blogging Buddies...
I was asked by my daughter to make a card for a Baby Shower this week.... her friend is throwing the party and is expecting a baby boy soon. I did struggle a bit to come up with an idea though...... even on Pinterest couldn't find much inspiration...... then I remembered this die from MFT... THEN I couldn't find it! After a mahoosive search of every die in my collection......... TWICE - I ended up finding it stuck to the back of another set! That was two hours of my life I won't get back!! LOL!
But at least I discovered dies that I'd forgotten about (oops) - so it wasn't a totally wasted couple of hours... hehe!
I used the negative of the umbrella (I've used the proper cut previously for 'under the weather' get well cards).... and decided to make a shaker card..

Anna Marie Designs Dotty Card
Pretty Pink Posh Sequins and a few other sparkles..
Pearls, Ribbon and Lace from Stash
I was really pleased how it turned out... Hope you like. It's a while since I made a card without a coloured image... and I did enjoy it!

Oh wow, this is soooooo pretty! Normally shaker cards aren't my thing, as I think they can be a bit tacky, but this is GORGEOUS! And the mum-to-be will be so thrilled!

Christine, this is totally beautiful. Such a clever idea to make a shaker card with that ingenious die cut. I love all the pretty details - the beads and the bow, and the shaker bits are just adorable... The Mum To Be will be thrilled I am sure...what a wonderful card to keep.
