Stamping Bella Bundle Girl on a Plane

Hi Lovelies...

Time for another Bellarific Friday at Stamping Bella - and this time - as it's the last Friday of the month - we're using stamps from the new release.

I chose to use this gorgeous Bundle Girl on a Plane - she's sooooo cute!  I coloured and fussy cut her, then created a sky background by using some Cosmic Shimmer Mica Pixie Powders...  you sprinkle them on a gel press then spray with water, before pressing some watercolour paper onto the surface to pick up the paint.  I've got to tell you, my hands were totally blue by the time I'd finished - but I did enjoy playing!

MFT Odd Couple - Two More!

Today I'm popping by to share a couple of cards I made using this gorgeous little mouse from MFT that I've used recently, but then also using some of the blended/spalttered card that I created for my card that I posted at the weekend.  Well, waste not, want not as they say...!!

All Dressed Up Best Frocks

Hi Again...

I'm back again - this time to share my card using one of the fabulous Best Frocks girls from the April release at All Dressed Up Digital Stamps.  There's three lovely girls in the set - but I chose to only use one.

I coloured up the image using my Copics - in a colour which is unusual for me - but I'd decided to use the new Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide (along with a couple of others) for the blending, so I wanted a match.  I splattered the blending with gold and deep orange watercolour paints... and added a tiny strip of gold mirri card.  Lastly I added a small sentiment - again layered with some mirri card.

Stamping Bella Curvy Girl Gardener

Hi Lovelies...

It's time for another Bellarific Friday..  and this time we have a colour challenge to work with... 

Such a fabulous range of colours to use...  so I decided to stamp up my Curvy Girl Gardener so I could bring lots of those colours into play!

Amanda Jayne Designs Teddy with Daisy

Hi Lovelies...

I'm just popping in with a 'just-for-fun' card today made with a lovely digital image from Amanda Jayne Designs called Teddy and Daisy.  Isn't he just sooooo cute?? 

I coloured and fussy cut the image...  then created a background by using a rectangle stencil with Distress Oxides blended through, then with a second stencil of hearts over top.  I finished with a small sentiment.

Rachelle Anne Miller Mother and Baby Bunny

Hi Lovelies...

For my card today I've used this beautiful new image from Rachelle Anne Miller Designs - this is the Mother and Baby Bunny.. and is one of a set of three new digital stamps available this month.

I firstly coloured the image with Copics - then shaded around it so the white bunnies stand out well.  Then I created a background panel by blending some Distress Oxides onto one corner of a square card panel... before splattering the pink with lots of gold and white watercolour paints.

The Greeting Farm Easter Anya

Happy Easter!!  

I thought I'd drop in with an Easter card I made this week...  I used the gorgeous Easter Anya from The Greeting Farm, and for the background, I used the Pretty Pink Posh Layered Eggs Stencils with lots of pastel distress oxides.

Stamping Bella Bundle Girl Stars and Cloud Backdrop

Hi Lovelies...

Time for a Bellarific Friday make... this time we're highlighting the fabulous backdrops available...  I've used the Bundle Girl Stars and Clouds for my card today....  fussy cutting the stars and clouds to use on my blended background.

For the blended panel, I used Distress Oxides, then splattered with white and gold.  I used 3D pads to attach the stars and the bundle girl sitting on her cloud, dreaming!

MFT Odd Couple

Hi Lovelies...

I've been playing!!  I'm feeling a lot better than I did last week after that awful tummy bug... so I've been playing with this little mouse - isn't he cute???  

I coloured and fussy cut the image (yes even those balloon strings!) - then created a background using some kraft card with a white card panel... self explanatory when you look at it.  I adhered the mouse with 3D foam pads onto a diecut circle, so that his balloons were sure to be 'over the edge'.

Rachelle Anne Miller Mother and Baby Bear

Hi Lovelies...

I'm excited as it's time for a wonderful new release from Rachelle Anne Miller Digital Images.  This release is so beautiful - it's all to do with a Mother's love for her little one... so can be perfect for Mother's Day - or to welcome a new baby into the world.

There are three designs...  there's birds, bunnies, and this one that I chose, the bears.

I printed then coloured the image, creating some grass for the bears to sit on.  then I masked the bears, before blending Distress Oxides for the background.  I stamped a sentiment into the top corner, then did some matting and layering and it was done.

MFT Grand Greenery

Hi Lovelies...

Well this is a card that none of us really like making - but unfortunately they are cards that are needed occasionally so here we go...

It's such a simple card to make...  firstly I used Distress Oxides blended together, then used a rectangle stitched die to create a small panel which I adhered to my card base.  Then I diecut a leaf branch, adhering that with tiny glue dots, before stamping my sentiment on black, embossing with white embossing powder.

Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Borders

Hi Lovelies...

Today I'm sharing a card I made using the fabulous Birthday Borders stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh...  I needed a card for my brother, and I don't think he'd be keen on my cutey cards!

I stamped the image onto a kraft card diecut square panel, then heat embossed the black outline with clear gloss embossing powder.  I coloured the candles with my Prismacolor pencils.  After they were all coloured, I used some Nuvo Crystal Glaze to make the candles 3D - which I've tried to show on the photograph above, but found it really difficult to show how it looks in real life!

Stamping Bella Garden Backdrop

Hi Lovelies...

It's Bellarific Friday time again..... my goodness, where do the weeks go??

As it's the first of the month, we have a new Stamp of the Month..  and this time it's this fabulous Garden Backdrop which you can get throughout April for half price on the website - it's so perfect for Spring and Summer cards.  I coloured it and fussy cut, then created a Distress Oxide Blended Background to adhere it to.  I added the sentiment - then coloured and fussy cut this gorgeous cutie to be in the foreground.  Lastly I added a diecut sun and some cloud frames.
