The Bunny Wobble and The Peony....

Hi Lovely Blogging Buddies...

It's Bellarific Friday time at Stamping Bella - yayyyyy!  And our criteria this time was to make a 'thank you' or a 'thinking of you' card - and I chose the first.

I got this little Bunny Wobble in my last haul from Stamping Bella and have been itching to colour him/her...  and as my peonies in the garden are deep pink, that's the colour I went with - for the flower headband too!

I decided to go for a white bunny - as is shown on the stamp illustration on the pack - and I love the effect such little colouring gives.  All that was needed was shading really - oh and the pink feet and ears!  I shaded around the bunny and flower too - as I always feel that it makes the image pop a little.

Card Info:
Dies - MFT Stitched Scallop Basic Edge 2, Simon Says Stamp Thanks Word
Paper - MFT Sweet Celebration Paper Pad
Colouring - Copics
Bunny - B60/63, C0/1
Flowers - RV52/63/55/19, Y35
Leaves - YG25/63
Grounding - W0/1/3/5
Shading - B0000/000/01

I die-cut the 'thanks' three times and layered/glued them one on top of the other, which makes the word stand out in 3D.

Hope you like...  and why not pop over to the Stamping Bella Blog to see what the other Bella Babes have come up with?

Big hugs - have a great weekend!

  6. Gorgeous card and it's quite spectacular how showy all the white on white is and how just a bit of shading will make the bunny pop off the paper like that.
