Just a quickie today... I saw a card by Chrissie on LIM the other day using this fab stamp and die set... and of course, had to track it down! I decided to use mine on a red background rather than white.. but with regard to the colouring... although I would have liked to make it a bit different, there is little choice but to do the trees green!! However, mine do have a smattering of the all important glitter...
I really took to this set... so easy to make and colour ... so it may be another one I can turn out a few of!
Memory Box Poppy Stamps - Holiday Village Stamp and Die
Paula Pascual Sentiment - Christmas
The most difficult bit was getting a photo of the true red colour... always so difficult to do, but this is as close as I could get.
Hope you like!
Great minds think alike, I did exactly the same, not had a play with mine yet but it looks great on red card too, Fab card.ReplyDelete

Great card, Christine - you've framed it beautifully!ReplyDelete
A perfect CAS card Christine - just what is needed for those many Christmas cards. I reckon it would look good in non-traditional colours too or stamped on Kraft card...have I just talked myself into getting it?ReplyDelete
No, I really can't but your card is so tempting!
Big hugs, Kat xx

Lovely image and great colour combo - I think I might just relax my no more Christmas stuff rule!
Oh and Rodney is a total cutie for sure!
PS - You did indeed spot a choo choo track in one of my piccies. It's hubbies hobby - model trains and miniature trains (there is a difference I'm told!). Tho if I told him we'd said choo-choo he'd have a pink fit!! Probably more than when I used to play with his model buses when I first knew him. Mint In Box means something I'm told!!!
What a great set. Love the scene. It's great for a guy's card too, which I'm always on the lookout for as I'm so bad at those kind of cards.ReplyDelete
Fab cards Christine....was only looking at that die today...managed to resist so far....but I did buy other stuff lol :) Viv xxReplyDelete
