Fly away.... at In The Pink

 

Hi Lovely Blogging Peeps...

It's In The Pink time again...  (yes it DOES come round fast - or is that just for me?)

Our theme this time is

FLY AWAY - 
WITH THE OPTION OF 'PLUS ONE' OTHER COLOUR

So...... the possibilities are endless!  Anything that flies.......  and then because the Pink Ladies struggled to keep to our own guidelines of  'mostly pink' - (green seemed to be creeping in) - we've added the option of also using a colour besides PINK!!  Eeeeek!!!  I did use a tiny bit of green.....  well, I had to join in didn't I?  hehe!


Materials:
Image - Standing on a Flower from A Day for Daisies
Embossing Powder - Stampendous Frantage Aged Rose with Silver Halo mixed 
DP from Papermania - Lucy Cromwell collection
Glitter on flowers
Coloured with Copics
Skin - E000/00/21, R20
Pinks - RV91, R81/83/85/89
Green - YG03
Sharpie Poster Pen for White Dots


Just so you can see that I fussy cut and added a 3D wing - I took this photo from the side so you could see it better.

    Christine, this is a truly stunning card. The image is wonderful and your expert colouring just looks beautiful. The 3D wing looks amazing and is really inspirational. Just a most exquisite card that is true perfection.

    Oh so beautiful...and I hadn't spotted the decoupaged wings...they are even more amazingly fabulous than I thought before!
    I also hadn't truly appreciated your lovely shading with subtle spotty detail round the image...it is really wonderful :-)

    And yes, Pinkie Thursdays come round so fast for me too...thank goodness it's not a weekly challenge - lol!

    HI Sweet Christine! I'm going to comment on this one since I saw your newest gorgeous creation on FB last night. :)

    I don't think I've ever seen this image before .. and she is just the sweetest thing! sigh .. magical! Now her wings .. wowwwwwww! I swear she will leave behind fairy dust where ever she flutters off to .. truly truly GOR-GEOUS beyond words! Love love love this .. but then again ... I love everrrrything you do! :)
