Full of Grace...

Hi Lovely Blogging Buddies....

Here I am today with my VERY LAST Sugar Nellie DT inspiration post!!  Sniff!

I decided to step down from the lovely team, as I think it's time for me to move on, and I have other DT's that need my full attention at the moment! LOL!  However, Sugar Nellie was probably one of the first stamp companies I bought from.....  all that luscious rubber so many years ago... so it's very difficult for me to go...  I feel 'attached' in some sentimental way!!

Anyway.... enough sniffling.....  I decided that for my last Sugar Nellie card I wanted to do one of the fabulous All Dressed Up images available at the store - this is 'Full of Grace' - and she DOES look full of grace..  a perfect ballerina!

Materials Used:
Paper - Nitwits
Martha Stewart edge punch
Colouring - Copics
Skin - E000/00/21/11, R20
Hair - E50/43/57

All that is left is for me to say a big thank you to Karen, Fiona and the lovely Design Team... I have made lots of good friends while I've been part of this fab team...  so I'm sad to go....  sniff...  but I will certainly still be following and keeping in touch!

Big hugs to all and Happy Crafting...

I'm using a digi image today by an artist called Digi Darla - but I'm afraid I can't find the company any more on the net - it looks now like it doesn't exist.  But it was in my digi files - so I used it but sorry, I can't link.

Hogs and Kisses...

Good Morning Lovely Bloggers.....

Just a quickie to share a little cutie - using the piggie from the MFT Whole Herd stamp set.  This set has been sitting on my desk waiting to be coloured..  and really I don't know why, because the colouring of the little piggie only took about 2 mins!! But I've been working up to doing a shaded background with my own 'created'  clouds..  and I know they're only tiny... but I DID it!!

Materials:
Image and sentiment: MFT The Whole Herd
Dies: MFT Stitched Frames Square, Lil' Inkers Stitched Sun, Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside, Lil' Inkers Stitched Square
Colouring - Copics
Piggie - R000/32/34
Sky and Clouds: B0000/000, C0, C1

So.... if you've seen me wandering around with my eyes upward - you'll know I've been peering at the clouds to SEE what they looked like properly and how I could colour (or not colour actually), something similar!

Happy Sunday all..
Big hugs

Hi Lovely Blogging Buddies.....

Sent with Love.....

Morning Peeps.....

Hope you're all well...  sorry I've not been around much lately - our garden has been needing some tending, so I've had to spend time out there with hoe in hand and secateurs in my pocket!  Barry had to be careful not to stand still for long......  especially with my eyesight as it's been!! LOL!

But I'm here today with my inspiration card for Sugar Nellie - and I've used one of the wonderful Gorjuss Girls...  keeping her relatively CAS - but hoping that focuses more on the image.

Some Flowers for You!

Hi Lovely Blogging Buddies....

Time for another challenge at In The Pink - and we have a FLORAL theme this time - so I decided to use one of my favourite (you may have guessed!) Tiddly Inks Wryns - this one is Wryn Blooms...  and she's just gorgeous!

I so enjoyed colouring this little lady - even though some of my deeper coloured Copics got a little sticky at times (apparently it has something to do with the heat - as I promise, they were all cleaned and full!!!)

And while we're talking floral.....  here's a couple of photos I took in our garden  last weekend - just after one of the storms...  but it shows how wonderful nature is when it can create like this! (pics were taken on my phone btw!)

(Yes........ of COURSE I have PINK roses in my garden!)

Hope you like this lovely little girl as much as I did.....  and I'm so sorry to put temptation in your path...!

While I'm here, I need to say a quick sorry if I'm not commenting as much as I'd like to at the mo - I'm having that blurry problem with my left eye again and it's always worse on the computer - so I'm trying to stay away from the monitor as much as I can!  I'm hoping it's just to do with the warmth - as my optician tells me my eyes are very dry - but even though I'm using the gels and eye drops I'm supposed to be, it's still causing problems.  I've not been in my craft room much of the last few days either - so something MUST be up! LOL!
