Hey Peeps...
I've tried a new technique for me that I've seen done recently - I've used a rubber stamp which I coloured with watercolour pens, spritzed with water, then stamped onto Bristol Smooth watercolour paper.
I liked how it turned out, though it's very different from my usual Copic colouring etc! I finished off with a paintbrush and some water, smoothing out some of the harsher bits. Then I did a bit of splattering with gold watercolour paint.
I added a tiny sentiment that I'd printed on the PC, then matted the image onto gold mirri, then onto a matching pinkish card.
Card Info:
Image - Penny Black Thrive Rubber Stamp
Die - Lil' Inkers Stitched Square
Sentiment - done on PC
Colouring - Arteza Watercolour Pens
Gold Watercolour Paint
Gold Mirri Card
Hope you like what I did... I wasn't sure to start with, but I'm now liking it and am going to try it with a different colour!
Big hugs...
Christine.... I have tried this technique recently and did not have the beautiful look you have done on your gorgeous card. OHhhh I wish we lived closer to have a crafty date and you could show me how you did this card so perfectly!!!!!
