Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Borders

Hi Lovelies...

Today I'm sharing a card I made using the fabulous Birthday Borders stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh...  I needed a card for my brother, and I don't think he'd be keen on my cutey cards!

I stamped the image onto a kraft card diecut square panel, then heat embossed the black outline with clear gloss embossing powder.  I coloured the candles with my Prismacolor pencils.  After they were all coloured, I used some Nuvo Crystal Glaze to make the candles 3D - which I've tried to show on the photograph above, but found it really difficult to show how it looks in real life!

Hi Lovely Bloggers..

I've been playing with my Pretty Pink Posh stash - using the Birthday Borders and Everyday Greetings sets.  This border is going to be so useful and it was so easy to use!

I coloured the candles - then added some glitter to the flames and then Glossy Accents to the actual candles - giving the border a real 3D feel.  I've taken a couple of photos so you can see the effect.
