Hi Lovelies...
I've been playing with this gorgeous MFT Floral Focus stamp after being inspired by Renee at @241Creative Street. She'd used this stamp set on some of her recent cards, so as I knew I had the set and hadn't used it yet, I dug it out!
I decided to create a slimline card with the set, so split the image by fussy cutting after colouring. I created a stitched slimline panel by adapting a smaller size die in order to make a long one. It's a bit fiddly to do, but saves some pennies!
I then splattered the stitched panel with gold watercolour paint - I love that effect! I stamped and embossed the sentiment in gold, then I placed the flowers using 3D foam pads to give height. A little bit of matting and layering, a few gems added, and it was done.
Card Info:
Image - MFT Floral Focus
Sentiment - MFT Flowers in Bloom
Die - MFT Stitched Rectangles
Colouring - Copics
Flowers - RV000/10/11, RV93/95
Leaves - G20 YG93
Gold - Gansai Tambi Starry Watercolours
Hope you like my make today as much as I enjoyed making it. I'll certainly be using this stamp set again soon now it's out of my 'use soon' pile!
Happy Crafting...
