Hi Peeps
I'm here today with my card for In The Pink as it's that time again!! Where does the time disappear to??
The theme this time is 'Flutterby Butterfly' - and the requirement is to use a Butterfly. I'd seen this image a little while ago and decided it was perfect for this theme... hope you like it too.
Materials used:
Copics and Promarkers: PM Pale Pink, R0000, R00, R11, RV10, Blender Pen
Chalks for Clouds
Nestie Rectangle Die (elongated)
Pen to doodle
Card bought at Harrogate show - sorry can't remembe name
Gems, lace and ribbon from stash

I decided to raise the butterfly wings and the fairy's wing with 3D foam pads... but glued the bit nearest the body down first. Hope you like this little fairy being pulled along by her butterfly friends.
And now the reason why I haven't been around for a few days (you did miss me didn't you??)... just a few pics of our short break away: (sorry picture heavy..)
We popped down to the Isle of Wight where we used to live to see some good friends and have a nice rest.... then over to Dorset to see Barry's family and grandsons.. We had a fabulous time away... in some special places to us, then a wonderful day in the park with the kiddies! Of course, Barry had to climb on the climbing frames too... and only fell off once!! hehe!
Big hugs and Happy Crafting..
oooh and I'd love you to pop over to In The Pink to see what the lovely ladies have come up with..

ReplyDeleteOMG, if I waited until NOvember to start making Christmas cards I would have to shoot myself! I make around 150 to 200 (commissioned and for me to send) so I have to start early. I always start before the new year and make them in a steady trickle :o)
