Morning Ladies..
Today I'm here with my first Sugar Nellie Design Team card... and as I'm clinging to my schedule by the skin of my teeth this week, I thought I'd use one of my CAS designs - which show nothing BUT the fabulous image!
Meet one of my favourite little fairies... 'A Little Bit of Gossip' - available from Funky Kits here. She's a treasure to colour... then all I did was use a second image to fussy cut her wings and the flower. I mounted these on 3D foam pads to give some height and depth.
The die is one of my current favourites - Stitched Square by Li'l Inkers (yes - you've seen it a lot and I think I've personally been responsible for a rise in their sales - LOL!) Then I just used some twine and a bow to add some other interest... oh, and of course, her fairy glitter!
Here are sideways views of the card so that you can see the 3D effect.
Big Hugs and Happy Crafting.. and I hope you don't get caught out this April Fools Day morning!!
Best way to show off an image is to put nothing else on the card. This is just so delightful :o)

This card is absolutely stunning Christine. I actually prefer it without all the patterned paper and embellies. One can concentrate on the gorgeous image and colouring instead. Well done! Sharon
ReplyDeleteWell I have to come clean Christine, I am not a lover of really anything with wings, even faries, but this is a darling of an image, love the look on her pretty face.
