Edna Blows a Kiss...

 

Hi Lovely Blogging Friends...

I can't believe how fast these fortnights are going - here we are again so quickly with another challenge at In The Pink!  Today's theme is

PEARLS

so it's another nice easy one.... yes?

I decided to use one of the lovely Stamping Bella rubber stamps that have been waiting for my attention.....  meet Edna!  She's special to me, as that was my Mum's name - and I still miss my Mum even though she passed away in 1989.  So, I wanted Edna to look like she was perching on a ledge, blowing her kisses off to the clouds...  I think I managed it...


I fussy cut around Edna - and around the clouds that come in the set also - I do like my fussy cutting - it's a bit of an addiction!  Her hair was a something of a challenge... but I'm happy how it turned out!

Wings RV000/91 and Blender Pen
Pearl Strips and Glitter from Stash

    Don't you just love Edna? She's sweet and funny, all at the same time and I've had my eye on this stamp for awhile now.
    Gorgeous card. Loving all the pink and the pearls. Oh yes, and the sparkle... you can never have too much sparkle!

    That was my Mother-in-Laws name too. You certainly did manage it and that is some fabulous fussy cutting too, not got my head round doing that.
